The client required a technically sound solution to address operational inefficiencies, production bottlenecks, capacity limitations, and compliance concerns within their process environment. Legacy manual blending processes were unable to meet growing throughput demands while maintaining consistent product quality across multiple lubricant grades.

Solution
We designed and implemented a tailored engineered system integrating the required equipment, process flow, automation logic, and support infrastructure. The solution included fully automated blending skids with inline dosing, real-time viscosity monitoring, batch traceability, and integration with existing tank farm infrastructure.

Developed P&ID and process flow diagrams incorporating inline analyzers, heat exchangers, and automated valve manifolds for multi-grade blending.
Equipment Integration
Supplied and commissioned blending tanks, agitators, metering pumps, and control panels with redundant PLC architecture.

Programmed recipe management, automatic dosing sequences, alarm handling, and batch reporting with full audit trail.
Support Infrastructure
Installed utility piping, electrical distribution, and safety systems including emergency stops and spill containment.
